When can we get started?
I usually book 2-4 months in advance. So if you’re interested in working together, I’d recommend reaching out earlier rather than later so we can secure your spot.
Do you offer Web Design separately?
For the sake of consistency, I normally don't create websites with branding that has been designed by someone other than Mea Vota Studio. If you don't want to invest in a re-branding, but you think your branding aligns with our style, send me a note and we can chat further.
How long do projects take?
The exact answer on this depends on the scope of the project as every project is unique with their needs. Once I receive your inquiry and I have all the information I need, you will receive an estimated timeline right away.
What is the allowance for revisions?
Two rounds of revisions are standard included with all our Custom Brand Identity & Web Design projects. Usually this is plenty, but in case you would like to have more revisions, they are available at our hour rate of €80,- per hour.
You will be provided with all the necessary export files, guidelines & launch graphics to make you feel confident & empowered with your new brand and/or website.
What isn't includes in the price?
Copywriting, Additional Rounds of Revisions, Font Licenses, Subscriptions, Hosting or Printing Costs.
We consider projects booked once the 25% deposit has been paid and our contract has been signed by both parties. The remaining 75% payment for each project must be made before the shooting day and/or delivery of the final files and/or product.
Do you offer a Payment Plan?
Certainly! You're investing in your business & I'm here to make this journey as smooth as a soft breeze for you. In order to book a project with us, a non-refundable deposit of 25% must always be paid, this also applies to the payment plan. After the deposit, the remaining amount can be paid over a maximum of 3 payment-terms, starting from the end date of our project.
